Perstorp announces the closing of €250,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022

Perstorp December 14, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) today announced that it has closed the offering of its €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at EURIBOR (with a floor of 0%) plus 4.25% per annum. The Notes will mature on September 15, 2022, subject to a springing maturity of (x) June 30, 2021 if the Company’s existing 11% Second Lien Notes due 2021 are not refinanced in full on or prior to June 30, 2021 or (y) September 30, 2021 if (i) the Company’s Mezzanine Facility Agreement is not (a) refinanced in full on or prior thereto or (b) extended in full on or prior thereto such that the termination date of the Mezzanine Facility Agreement is December 15, 2022.

Perstorp December 14, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) has been notified that, Prague CE S.à r.l, a private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Issuer”) today closed an offering of €234,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2022 (“Notes”). The Issuer was independently formed and is not an affiliate of the Company.

GE Additive reveals prototype of new binder jet machine

Cincinnati, 13 December 2017 – GE Additive has released the first image of a prototype of a brand new additive machine (project name H1) based on binder jet technology that will eventually challenge the need for castings. Further iterations of this machine will be made in early 2018 with the first production machines being shipped mid-2018.

New senior appointment for TE Connectivity Industrial Business Unit System

Mr. Yang will take up his new appointment on 1 January 2018. Bring sensing capabilities to market faster with TE Connectivity’s new pre-engineered sensor module

HARRISBURG, PA., USA – December 12, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, unveils its AmbiMate MS4 sensor module. This platform of products consists of a building automation-focused set of sensors brought together on a single printed circuit board assembly with an I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) digital output. Trends toward “big data,” the Internet of Things (IoT), and energy and air quality management are driving the need to integrate multiple commonly used sensors into a single, pre-engineered, compact and affordable module that OEMs can easily integrate into their designs.
